Functions and Parties

In addition to state of the art sports facilities, Ultimate Indoor Sports offers flexible function space that can be adapted to suit your needs.  This unique venue is perfect for both corporate events such as team building activities, product launches, Christmas parties, and inter-department competitions, as well as social functions including birthday parties, bucks nights, and sports club presentations to name a few.

Ultimate Indoor Sports can cater for groups from 8 to 200 people, and can tailor a package to suit both your needs and budget.  The function area can be booked independently of the playing area, so you don't need to be a sportsperson to enjoy the facilities at Ultimate Indoor Sports.  If you do get a bit hot and sweaty, there are shower facilities and change rooms so you can freshen up before enjoying post-match hospitality in the function area.  And with everything indoors, there is no chance of your event being cancelled due to wet weather!

Upstairs Function Room:

Corporate Functions

Ultimate Indoor Sports offers a unique venue for your next corporate event, whether you want a team building activity, an inter-department competition, or just needing an offsite space for a meeting.  The licenced upstairs function room at Ultimate Indoor Sports overlooks the courts below, providing the ideal place for spectators to watch the action.

With four indoor cricket courts, there is plenty of space for even the largest groups to participate in some healthy competition.  Choose from Indoor Cricket, Netball, Dodge Ball or Lawn Bowls - or a combination of any or all of these.  All equipment and umpires can be provided for you, along with game schedules, finals series and competition ladders.  And it can be as competitive or social as you would like.

The large, open plan upstairs function room can accommodate most other non-sporting team building activities.  The event staff at Ultimate Indoor Sports can provide suggestions as to activities and external suppliers of team building events if you're having difficulty deciding on what to do.

Social Functions

Ultimate Indoor Sports is the perfect venue for all social occasions, including birthay parties, sporting club presentatinos, and bucks nights, just to name a few.  You can challenge your friends to see who really can bend it like Beckham, spin like Warney, or shoot like Cath Cox.  Or perhaps dodge ball or lawn bowls is more your thing.  And once that's all done and you've worked up an appetite, you can kick back and relax and watch a replay of your game on one of our plasma screens while you enjoy post-match catering and drinks in our licenced bar.

The sports action can be as competitive or as social as you choose, and you can choose to have an impartial umpire to ensure there is no cheating!  All equipment will also be provided where required.  And for those who work up a sweat, there are showers and change rooms so you can freshen up.

The function room is ideal for sports clubs looking for a venue to hold their end of season presentation day/night.  The room can be decorated in your club’s colours, and audio visual equipment including microphones can be arranged by the professional events staff at Ultimate Indoor Sports.
